Our state of the art quality testing facility enables us to test the materials, both chemically and physically. Testing of Copper Alloys through Electro Photo Spectrometer not only ensure their exacting Chemical Composition but also instills in us a confidence to guarantee quality.
All the tasks of manufacturing activity is closely supervised, keenly monitored and properly documented by us. Procurement of proper raw materials forms the first task which ends with timely delivery of material to the customer as per their stipulated specification. In-house facilities like standby Power Generators, fully equipped Die Shop, Engineering Workshop, efficient Fume Arrestors, quality control, etc. helps to have a better control over the processes and quality to establish an environment-friendly work atmosphere.

Infrastructure
Rajhans Impex Pvt. Ltd. is a Jamnagar based company and owns an infrastructure extremely at par with international standard. A brilliant blend of man and machinery is what this company is rooted to. We have two most modern furnaces i.e. Main Frequency Channel Induction Melting Furnace and Coreless Melting Furnace for different alloys like Ingots and Billets. Also we have Heavy Extrusion Press for Extrusion of Brass Rods, Hollow Rods and Rectangular Bars.
The manufacturing unit is provided with Efficient Draw Benches and Annealing Facilities. Our testing facilities are among the most advanced in the country and includes among other equipments Spectrometer (26 Channels Direct Reading Optical Emission), Electronic and Computerized UTM, Impact Testing Machines, Hardness Testing, High Powered Conductivity, Izode Testing, Mercury Nitrate Testing, etc. | | | |
